When a form is configured to require tags, the mobile app will now enforce this requirement by preventing users from signing, assigning, or finalizing the form until at least one tag is added.

In addition, this release delivers full support for private forms, aligning the iOS behavior with defined business rules and ensuring users only see forms relevant to them.

Finally, this version includes a significant internal refactor of the iOS project structure and the return of the application badge indicator, improving both maintainability and user awareness.
