This hotfix improves the signing experience by enforcing role-based access when initiating signatures.

Users can now only initiate signatures that correspond to their assigned roles. For example, only Safety Representatives can initiate Safety Representative signatures, while Supervisor and Manager signatures are similarly restricted to users holding those roles.

This update aligns the iOS application with the existing behavior on Android and the web platform, ensuring a consistent signing experience across all platforms.
