How do permissions work?

From the user details page, you will see actions to set access permissions.

These settings determine the type of access this specific user has within 1Life Platform.

• Web Admin – When turned “ON”, this allows for configuration and updating of all components of 1Life Platform (This will use one of your Web licenses):

  • upload & assign new documents & training records

  • manage user online training and training certificates

  • create forms using the mobile form builder

  • add new or inactivate existing users

  • review company-wide reports

• Supervisor – When turned “ON”, this allows an user to sign 1Life Platform Mobile forms as a Supervisor. The user will also need “Mobile Access” turned on. As well, this access is vital for the supervisor to be able to be added to the specific users they supervise.

• Manager – When turned “ON”, this allows an user to sign 1Life Platform Mobile forms as a Manager. The user will also need “Mobile Access” turned on. 

NOTE: If you do not have enough licenses to add a new user,  please contact 1Life Software at support@1lifesoftware.com to add additional licenses.
