Summary
This release delivers new Scheduler cadence expansions as well as quality of life improvements to Documents, Training Records, and Task Templates libraries.
Features
- Document and Task folders in search results are now hyperlinked, taking the User to the appropriate containing folder.
- When replacing a Document or Training Record, Users are now prompted to update relevant dates.
- The Scheduler has a new Semi Monthly cadence option which runs twice per month on defined days.
- The Scheduler has expanded the Monthly cadence option to allow for specific days of the week to be selected.
- The Scheduler has a new Yearly cadence option which runs every defined number of years.
Improvements
- Help text has been added to the Custom User Fields page to explain the purpose of the feature.
- The New Version button in the Document and Training Record details is now disabled when actively editing that item.
